First Planning Success for 2019

It was good news for two of our clients in January as renewable energy planning consents were granted in Snowdonia National Park and Herefordshire.

Both sites had faced challenges with the visual impact being a key consideration in Snowdonia and Heritage and Noise requiring robust assessment for Hereford.

Cogeo carried out all required planning and environmental assessments for the sites and consents have been granted in time to qualify for the feed-in-tariff.
